3. Deposit Requirement
   A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Payments can be made through our secure inbuilt payment system. Your card information will remain private and will not be saved.

4. Hair Drop-off Policy
   If you are providing your own hair for the appointment, please ensure it is delivered to the salon at least one day in advance for preparation.

5. Hairstyle Finalization
   Once your appointment is booked, changes to your selected hairstyle cannot be accommodated.

6. Consultation for Short Hair
   Clients with short hair are required to schedule a consultation prior to booking.

7. Hair Preparation Requirements
   All clients must arrive with washed and dried hair. If preferred, shampoo and blow-dry services can be added to your appointment at no additional fee.

8. Discounts and Braiding Hair Policy
   Discounts are not available for providing your own braiding hair. However, clients who bring bohemian curly hair are eligible for a discount.

9. Hair Services for Children

   We are now welcoming children for hair appointments.

Sales Policy

Due to the personal nature and high demand for our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Order Adjustments

To ensure prompt processing and timely fulfillment, orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. Please review your order details carefully, including product selections and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

Order Processing and Shipping Policy

Processing Times:

• Standard orders are processed within 1-10 business days.

• For pre-orders of bundles or wigs, processing takes 10-14 business days.

Please note that updates will not be provided during the processing period. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Processing Exclusions:
Orders are not processed on weekends or during national holidays.

Shipping Carrier and Delivery:

• All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with signature confirmation and insurance.

• Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS only.

• All International orders are shipped via Fed-Ex with signature confirmation and insurance.

Delivery Times:

• Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days after processing.

• Economy Delivery: 5-8 business days after processing.

• International orders may take up to two weeks for delivery.

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address information, it will be resent upon receipt of the correct address. An additional delivery fee will apply.

Address Corrections:

• Ensure your address is accurate at checkout.

• Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

• Changes requested after 12 hours will incur a $10 reassessment fee.

Liability Disclaimer:
Crowning Queens is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages. Once an order is in the possession of the carrier, any delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office or carrier.

Cancellation Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to transfer a deposit to a future appointment.

Time Policy

• A 20-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.

• A late fee of $50 will be charged if the grace period is exceeded.

Payment Policy

• Deposits of $30 will be credited toward the total cost of services.

• The remaining balance must be paid via Cash, Zelle, or Card.

Additional Information

• You are welcome to bring your own food, and complimentary drinks and snacks will be provided for your convenience.

• Each client is permitted to bring one guest to their appointment, provided they do not disrupt the service.

• Please note that salon sessions may be recorded, and photographs may be taken for promotional purposes.
